Tribute & Message From The Family

Marion Beatrice (Henderson) Bullock was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on June 6, 1923 to the dearly departed Charles and Maretha Henderson, she was the 2nd out of 10 children. She later moved to Boston, Massachusetts, had all of her schooling and worked her passion where she became the Assistant Manager of a bank, then she moved to Alexandria, Va to be closer to her children. As an active member of Alfred Street Baptist Church for over 35 years, she loved sitting in the same seat listening to the gospel. Also, an employee and active member of Charles Houston "Crunch Bunch".

All who knew her will remember her loving sweet spirit and if she gave you a pinch you knew you were loved. When she entered your life she left a great impression on you. She commanded your attention and respect. She passed her philosophy of life into her children and loved ones; she was the strongest person we knew.

She was proceeded in death by her 7 sisters and 2 brothers and has 1 surviving sister Jacqueline Henderson of Boston, Massachusetts.

Ms. Bullock leaves to mourn her three children, Carol (George) Bridges, Clifton Bullock, and Constance Williamson. Eight grand grandchildren, Angela (LaNell) Best, Terrance Tolbert, Thomas (Sherry) Tolbert, Antonio (Molly) Bullock, Clifton (Jamie) Bullock, Jr., Marcus Bullock, Shaena Williamson and Warren Bullock. 8 Great Grand children, 2 Great Great grand children. Also leaving a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

~Sleep well our hero for you are the wings beneath our feet!~

Carole,Constance and family. So shocked and sad to know of Ms. Bullock's passing. So very glad that some of the Krunch Bunch members had the opportunity to visit with her last year and to see her smile and hear her laughter. Prayers and the sincerest sympathy to you all. May you be comforted by the precious memories your loved one left behind. Also, may you be comforted in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. We will remember her days with us as a member of the Krunch Bunch. Sincerely, Vanessa K. Greene, Senior Center @ Charles Houston "Krunch Bunch" Director
