Condolence & Memory Journal

I am so sorry to learn that Ms. Garvin passed away. She was a really special lady. She was my daughters Kindergarten TA at Lyles-Crouch many years ago, and the kindness she showed to our entire family will never be forgotten. My daughter (Now a High School Sophomore) still mentions her name whenever we discuss the LCTA playground. Grateful for knowing her.

I have fond memories of Phoebe as us being neighbors.Hoping you are comforted by memories. We had so much fun and many stories from the neighborhood. It was a beautiful service. I will keep Melina and entire Garvin family in my prayers.

With a smile like that, I know she is in a better place. I pray for peace and understanding during this time for your family and friends.

My Deepest Sympathy to my Brother in Christ, Larry Garvin and the Garvin family. It is my prayer that Christ will comfort and strengthen you all during this time. It is also my prayer that those who do not yet know Christ will take the time to do so as we all will follow sister Phoebe in death.

With Sympathy,

Elder Samuel D. Hillmon
