Condolence & Memory Journal

Ms. Haley was my roommate while we were in Health South Rehab (2016) in Fredericksburg, VA. She and I became fast-friends and kept in touch after she left. We would call and write each other and she always asked about my family and encouraged me with her love of laughter and kindness. Even when I didn't hear back from her, I thought and prayed for her often. I am sorry to hear of her passing, however, find comfort in knowing she is in heaven because of her decision to ask Jesus to forgive her sins and come into her heart! (John 3:16-17; Romans 5:8 & 6:23. She was a vibrant, sweet and gentle woman. I am thankful to have met her and will continue to pray for the family.

Fondly,
Alecia Austin

My heart is still very heavy, and my nights are very hard. This is a v very hard pill to swallow! Roberta was my "Scorpio Sister 4 Life" She Viola Jones, Toni Jones and I have been Besties since the early 70's! When I say Bestfroends I mean never having an arguement to this day!! Not many can have that type of testimony! We did everything together!! We were "The 4 Amogos"!! I wil forever miss her but no more suffering, no more pain!! RIHP My Sister, until we meet again!!

I was surprised and sorry to hear about your passing Aunt Berta, I'm glad I had the chance to see you and tell you that I Love You weeks before your passing.

God knew how I would feel if I hadn't gotten that chance. Sleep well Auntie, you will always be in my heart.
